Scott Van Vliet has extensive maintenance experience of over 30 years inclusing local Hospitals and a retirement center.  His positions ranged from Lead Technician to Director of Engineering at a Continueing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).  This experience gave him the skill sets and trained eye necessary to provide quality home watch services.  Scott is also a Certified Air Conditioning Contractor (HVAC).

 

Annette Van Vliet has extensive real estate experience ranging from Office Administration to Broker which has given her the knowledge and experience needed to maintain a successful home watch business as well as effectively communicate with clients to care for and oversee their investments.
